The bed was the only thing I liked.

The staff were somewhat rude. I did not enjoy the cleanliness. The location is weird. I recommend staying at the Best western.

Attentive staff, good services with free wake up service and ironing. A wide range of good food.

I enjoyed my stay, especially with the comfort of the clean room and the nice running trail nearby, perfect for leisurely strolls through the park and access to local dining spots just a few steps away. It made my weekend exploration so much more enjoyable, and the breakfast was a real treat with fresh options, made mornings good.

The room felt slightly outdated in terms of decor and amenities.

The hotel and the suite were basically very nice, nice ambience, good equipment, sufficient parking spaces, a lot of shopping/dining possibilities in the close vicinity of the hotel. The breakfast was very extensive, especially the waffle baking facilities were very nice.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the room service could be improved. After the use of the whirlpool, some dark deposits had formed at the edge (apparently it had not been cleaned for a longer time), the chic armchair seemed to be rather dusty as also the corners that one does not always look into are apparently not always cleaned. The beds were average, but were not "processed" by room service (as we knew it from all other accommodations in California). Finally a comment on the "water-saving philosophy" (towels are only changed every 3 days): generally a good thing, but it doesn't really fit to save water for towel washing and on the other hand to offer whirlpools in many rooms.

The room needed to be updated, Exposed plumbing under the sink. No drawers. Looked like they had been removed. It was on the ground floor on a busy street. The traffic was so loud you could not sleep and the room was hot and never cooled down. The worst room we have ever had!!!

We had suite with 2 queen beds.

Well-kept and good standard hotel with great prices as for Clovis. Great and stunning location in a good area, close to California, and Old Town Clovis. The pool area is heated too. The property of choice in Clovis.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and how helpfull they were for all the things that kept happening from the Ants in the bathroom to my grand daughters accident it one of the beds on the first night of our stay. To the upgrade for the J bath for my bad hip. To the staff taking pictures of us so we could decide on an outfit for the wedding we were in town for. I loved that they never seemed put off by any request.

I had a good visit. The spa tub was fantastic for relaxation. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. The room was spacious with plenty of seating. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay 😊
